HSE Safety Officer & Work Permit Receiver

Knight Crown is urgently recruiting experienced HSE Safety Officers and Work Permit Receivers (WPR) for direct mobilization on the Petrokemeya industrial project in Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is part of a high-priority operational requirement where safety control, permit authorization, and compliance monitoring are critical to ensure smooth execution of industrial activities. The roles are essential in maintaining strict safety standards and supporting ongoing petrochemical project operations with immediate deployment.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Safety Officer will be responsible for monitoring site safety conditions, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, and identifying potential hazards before work execution. The role includes conducting inspections, enforcing safety procedures, and ensuring that all workers follow approved HSE guidelines. The Work Permit Receiver will handle issuance and verification of work permits, ensure proper authorization before job commencement, and coordinate with field supervisors and safety teams. Both roles require strict attention to detail and active involvement in maintaining safe working conditions at all times during project execution.

Skills and Knowledge

Candidates must have valid authorization related to the Petrokemeya project as it is mandatory for selection. Strong understanding of industrial safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and hazard control methods is required.
