Job Role Overview & Importance
The available positions play a critical role in maintaining the mechanical integrity and operational efficiency of industrial systems within the Maaden phosphate project. Mechanical engineers, welders, fabricators, millwrights, and tool keepers are essential for ensuring that machinery, piping systems, and equipment function safely and effectively. These roles directly support plant productivity, safety compliance, and smooth project execution. Without skilled manpower in these positions, large-scale industrial operations cannot be completed on time or within required safety standards. Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for executing their technical tasks according to project requirements and industry safety standards. Mechanical engineers will oversee installation planning, equipment maintenance, and technical coordination on site. Pipe fabricators and welders will handle cutting, fitting, and welding tasks for industrial piping systems using approved procedures. Millwrights will focus on installing, aligning, and maintaining heavy machinery and rotating equipment. Tool keepers will manage, issue, and maintain tools and ensure proper inventory control at the site. All workers must follow strict safety procedures, report site issues promptly, and ensure work quality meets project specifications. Daily coordination with supervisors and adherence to timelines is a key part of the job.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective fields, especially in industrial or construction projects. Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects will be considered an added advantage. Candidates applying for welding positions should hold valid certifications such as 6G welding approval. Millwrights and mechanical workers should have strong technical knowledge of machinery installation and maintenance. Ajeer sponsorship is mandatory for all positions.
