Key Responsibilities
The Helper role in Makkah involves assisting skilled workers on construction sites, handling materials, loading and unloading equipment, and supporting day-to-day site operations. The Carpenter role in Riyadh requires performing woodwork, shuttering, formwork, and assisting in structural construction tasks for building projects. Multi Welder positions in Jeddah focus on performing welding tasks using different techniques, ensuring strong joints and structural integrity in metal works. All workers must follow site instructions, maintain discipline, and ensure safety compliance while working in different environmental and project conditions. They are also responsible for keeping tools and work areas clean and properly maintained.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must have basic to intermediate knowledge depending on the job category they are applying for. Helpers should be physically fit and able to perform manual labor efficiently under supervision. Carpenters must have experience in formwork, shuttering, and basic construction drawings. Multi Welders should be skilled in different welding techniques and have prior industrial experience in steel fabrication or construction projects. All candidates must be aware of basic safety rules, especially working on construction sites in Saudi Arabia. Valid Iqama and original passport are required, and candidates should be ready for long-term project assignments. Experience in Gulf countries will be considered an advantage.
