Instrument Technicians and Instrument Electricians ensure the proper installation, calibration, and maintenance of control and instrumentation systems that support plant operations. SAW Welders and Fabricators are responsible for structural integrity and fabrication of vessels, pipelines, and steel structures used in industrial facilities. Each role plays a vital part in maintaining operational reliability, safety compliance, and project efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Instrument Technicians handle installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of instruments such as transmitters, control valves, and sensors. Instrument Electricians are responsible for wiring, panel connections, loop checking, and ensuring proper functionality of electrical instrumentation systems. SAW Welders perform Submerged Arc Welding operations according to approved procedures and quality standards. Vessel Fabricators assemble and fabricate pressure vessels and related components based on technical drawings. Structure Fabricators work on steel structures, ensuring proper alignment, cutting, and assembly. Pipe Fabricators prepare and assemble piping systems according to isometric drawings and specifications. All roles require strict adherence to safety standards, quality control procedures, and coordination with site supervisors and engineers.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have a minimum of three years of relevant industrial experience in their respective fields. Instrument professionals should possess strong knowledge of industrial control systems, calibration techniques, and electrical diagrams. Welders and Fabricators must be capable of reading technical drawings and working according to fabrication standards.
