Leading Contracting Company is urgently hiring for multiple civil construction roles for a long-term, full-time project near Juimah, close to Ras Tanura in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. These positions are critical to supporting large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects. Civil Foremen and Supervisors oversee site operations, manage manpower, and ensure that construction activities comply with project specifications and safety standards. Flagmen ensure traffic control and safety on site, while Helpers provide general labor support to skilled workers, facilitating smooth and efficient site operations. Key Responsibilities
Civil Foremen supervise daily construction activities, coordinate with supervisors and workers, and ensure adherence to project drawings and schedules. Civil Supervisors monitor work quality, enforce safety regulations, manage site resources, and liaise with project engineers for smooth workflow. Flagmen are responsible for directing personnel and vehicle movements on site to prevent accidents and maintain order in high-traffic areas.
