Role Responsibilities
Each position requires dedicated performance of specific duties aligned with industrial standards. Civil Engineers are responsible for site supervision, technical drawing implementation, quality assurance, and coordination with project teams to ensure timely completion of work. Coating Crew Supervisors oversee coating operations, manage teams, ensure proper surface preparation, and maintain Aramco-approved quality standards. Spray Painters carry out precise application of protective coatings while following safety procedures and maintaining equipment efficiency. Forklift Operators handle loading, unloading, and transportation of materials within the site while ensuring strict adherence to safety rules. All workers are expected to follow instructions from supervisors, maintain discipline, and comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project duration.
Required Expertise & Qualifications
Applicants must possess relevant technical skills and hands-on experience in their respective fields. Civil Engineers should hold engineering qualifications along with a valid Saudi driving license and experience in construction projects. Coating Crew Supervisors must be Aramco approved with strong knowledge of coating systems and industrial surface treatment processes. Spray Painters should be skilled in industrial painting techniques and safety procedures. Forklift Operators must hold SPSP certification and have proven experience in operating heavy-duty forklifts such as 10-ton machines. All candidates should demonstrate teamwork ability, discipline, and a strong understanding of workplace safety standards. Prior experience in Aramco or similar industrial projects will be considered an added advantage.
