Key Responsibilities

Each category of worker will have clearly defined responsibilities based on their technical expertise. Mechanical Technicians will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting mechanical systems and equipment. Electrical Technicians will handle wiring, system diagnostics, and electrical maintenance tasks. Riggers (Level 1 and 3) will manage lifting operations safely, ensuring proper handling of heavy materials and equipment. Permit Receivers will ensure that all work activities are authorized before execution, maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Fire Watch and Hole Watch personnel will monitor hazardous work areas to prevent fire risks and ensure safe confined space operations. Safety Officers will oversee site safety compliance, conduct inspections, and enforce safety rules across the project site. Structural Fabricators and CS Multi Welders will be responsible for cutting, assembling, and welding metal structures according to technical drawings. Instrument Technicians will manage calibration and maintenance of instruments, while Electrical Technicians ensure stable and safe electrical operations. All workers are expected to follow site instructions strictly and report any unsafe conditions immediately.

Skills and Knowledge

Candidates must have relevant experience in their respective trades, preferably within industrial, oil & gas, or construction projects. Technical knowledge of tools, machinery, and safety systems is essential for all positions. Welders must be skilled in CS welding techniques, while fabricators should be able to interpret structural drawings accurately. Riggers must hold valid certification and understand lifting procedures and safety protocols. Safety Officers must be knowledgeable in hazard identification and risk control measures. Permit Receivers should be familiar with work permit systems and compliance documentation. Fire Watch and Hole Watch personnel must be alert, responsible, and trained in emergency response procedures. Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and physical fitness are required for all roles due to the demanding nature of site work.
