Main Duties & Responsibilities

In this role, the Firewatch professional is expected to closely monitor ongoing hot work activities and identify potential fire risks. Daily responsibilities include inspecting work areas before operations begin, ensuring fire extinguishers and safety equipment are available, and maintaining constant vigilance during welding or cutting tasks. The Firewatch must be ready to respond immediately in case of sparks, smoke, or fire incidents. They are also responsible for maintaining communication with supervisors and safety teams, as well as ensuring that all safety protocols are strictly followed throughout the shift.

Skills, Experience & Eligibility

Applicants must hold a valid Aramco TUV certification, which is mandatory for this position. Candidates should have prior experience working in industrial or oil and gas environments, particularly in fire safety roles. A valid IQAMA, Muqeem status, and Absher registration are required. Physical fitness and the ability to remain alert for long working hours are essential. Candidates must also bring their original passport for verification during the interview process.
