These roles are critical to supporting large-scale construction and maintenance projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. Primary Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for performing their tasks efficiently and adhering to safety and quality standards. Helpers will assist skilled laborers with daily activities and site operations, ensuring smooth workflow. Steel fixers will handle reinforcement steel work, bending, cutting, and placement according to engineering specifications. Masons will construct, repair, and maintain walls, floors, and other concrete structures. Sand blasters will prepare surfaces for coatings and finishing work, maintaining a safe and clean site. Scaffolders and Supervisors will ensure proper erection, dismantling, and inspection of scaffolding systems to guarantee worker safety and project compliance. Every role demands punctuality, reliability, and collaboration with team members to maintain project timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should possess relevant experience and technical skills appropriate to their position. A helper should have basic construction knowledge and physical stamina. Steel fixers and masons need experience in structural work, precision, and attention to detail. Sand blasters should be familiar with surface preparation equipment and safety procedures. Scaffolders and supervisors must hold valid certifications, understand structural safety guidelines, and have proven leadership skills. All applicants are required to submit complete documents, including IQAMA, passport, CV, fitness certificates, insurance, original chamber registration, and photographs. Payment Terms: After timesheet submission, 60-day cycle
