Key Responsibilities and Duties
Permit Receivers will be responsible for managing and verifying work permits, ensuring that all necessary approvals are obtained before any job begins. Fire Watch personnel will monitor hot work activities, prevent fire hazards, and respond quickly in case of emergencies. Safety Officers will oversee site safety operations, conduct inspections, enforce safety rules, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. All roles require active monitoring of site conditions, immediate reporting of hazards, and coordination with teams to maintain a safe work environment. Workers must strictly follow safety protocols and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid SABTANK card for the respective roles, along with Ajeer registration as a mandatory requirement. Applicants should have relevant experience in shutdown, construction, or industrial safety environments. A strong understanding of permit-to-work systems, hazard identification, and emergency response is essential. Safety Officers should have knowledge of safety standards and site compliance procedures. Candidates must be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working in high-pressure shutdown conditions. Valid documentation including CV, Iqama, passport copy, Muqeem (minimum 3 months validity), medical fitness, insurance, and Chamber registration is required.
