Eid Al-Arabia General Contracting Est. is urgently seeking experienced Safety Supervisors for a long-term project in Umluj, Red Sea. Safety Supervisors play a critical role in maintaining workplace safety, enforcing health and safety regulations, and ensuring compliance with international and project-specific standards. These positions are essential in industrial, construction, and offshore projects where risk management and accident prevention are priorities. By supervising safety procedures, conducting audits, and guiding personnel, Safety Supervisors help create a secure work environment, protect workers, and ensure project compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Safety Supervisors are responsible for implementing safety programs, monitoring site activities, and ensuring all operations comply with safety standards such as NEBOSH, ISO 45001, and ARAMCO guidelines. They conduct risk assessments, provide first-aid supervision, and guide teams on safe work practices. Supervisors also perform audits, incident investigations, and reporting, ensuring that hazards are mitigated promptly. Coordination with project managers, contractors, and workers is crucial to maintain a safe environment. Documentation of safety inspections, trainings, and incidents is part of their daily responsibilities.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial or construction safety roles. Required certifications include Approved First Aider, NEBOSH IGC, and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Course. Strong knowledge of risk assessment, safety management systems, HSE procedures, and compliance with international safety standards is mandatory. Candidates should possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
