Global Resources Co. Ltd., Al-Jubail, KSA, is urgently hiring skilled manpower for long-term industrial projects in Fadhili, Amiral, and Abqiq. These roles are essential within the oil & gas and construction sectors, where strict compliance with safety standards and technical precision is required. Scaffolders ensure safe access platforms for high-elevation work. Pipe Fabricators are responsible for preparing and assembling piping systems according to engineering drawings. Gas Cutters handle metal cutting and preparation for fabrication and welding activities. Rigger Level III professionals manage heavy lifting operations with full compliance to Aramco standards. WPR Permit Receivers coordinate work permits and ensure safe execution of tasks within controlled environments. Together, these roles contribute to safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery in major industrial sites across the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
Scaffolders (TUV certified) erect, dismantle, and inspect scaffolding structures to ensure worker safety and structural stability. Pipe Fabricators interpret isometric drawings, cut and shape pipes, and assemble components as per project specifications. Gas Cutters perform precise metal cutting operations using approved equipment while maintaining strict safety standards. Rigger Level III personnel supervise lifting activities, prepare lifting plans, inspect rigging tools, and ensure compliance with Aramco regulations. WPR Permit Receivers manage permit documentation, verify job scope, coordinate with safety departments, and ensure all work activities follow approved procedures. All candidates must strictly adhere to site safety rules, use proper PPE, and maintain discipline on project premises.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must possess relevant field experience in oil & gas or large industrial projects. Scaffolders require valid TUV certification. Pipe Fabricators should have strong knowledge of piping drawings and fabrication standards. Gas Cutters must demonstrate experience in industrial cutting operations. Rigger Level III applicants must be Aramco approved with a valid SAOO card. WPR Permit Receivers must also hold Aramco approval and have strong knowledge of permit-to-work systems. All applicants should have a valid Iqama and complete documentation. The ability to work in high-pressure environments, follow safety procedures, and collaborate effectively with teams is essential.
