Key Responsibilities
Workers hired under this project will be responsible for performing their assigned technical duties with accuracy and adherence to safety standards. Foremen will supervise teams, coordinate site activities, and ensure that daily targets are achieved efficiently. Insulators will install and maintain thermal and acoustic insulation materials on pipes and equipment, while blasters and painters will prepare surfaces using industrial blasting methods. Pipe fitters and plate welders will carry out precise fabrication and assembly tasks, ensuring structural integrity. Welders using SMAW and FCAW techniques will perform high-quality welding on steel structures, and scaffolders will be responsible for safe erection and dismantling of scaffolding systems. All workers must strictly follow site instructions, maintain discipline, and ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have relevant experience in their respective trades within industrial or construction environments. A strong understanding of safety procedures and the ability to work in high-risk industrial settings is essential.
