Safety Officer, Work Permit Receiver & Fire Watch / Standby Man
An urgent shutdown requirement is open for Maaden Approved Authorization Card holders for industrial safety and permit-related roles in Saudi Arabia. These positions are intended for experienced personnel capable of supporting shutdown operations in high-compliance industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
Safety Officer (28 SAR):
Monitor shutdown activities, enforce safety regulations, conduct inspections, and ensure all work is carried out according to approved HSE procedures.
WPR – Work Permit Receiver (21 SAR):
Manage work permit approvals, coordinate safe work execution, verify job readiness, and ensure compliance with permit-to-work requirements.
Fire Watch / Standby Man (18 SAR):
Observe hot work areas, identify fire hazards, remain on standby during hazardous operations, and respond quickly in emergency situations.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must possess a valid Maaden Approved Authorization Card and relevant industrial shutdown experience. Strong knowledge of site safety procedures, work permit systems, and emergency response protocols is essential. Original TUV card is mandatory.
