The RAFCO project in Riyadh offers urgent manpower opportunities for multiple technical and support roles within the construction and industrial sector. RAFCO is actively engaged in large-scale erection and infrastructure development projects where skilled workers are required to maintain safety, productivity, and operational continuity. These roles are essential in supporting high-risk construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and contributing to the successful execution of ongoing project work in Saudi Arabia’s growing industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities
The Safety Officer is responsible for monitoring workplace safety, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, and identifying potential hazards on-site. The Work Permit Receiver manages authorization processes, ensuring that all work activities are properly approved before execution. The Foreman Erector supervises structural erection activities, coordinates labor teams, and ensures that work is completed according to engineering plans and safety requirements. Erectors perform structural installation and assembly tasks, while Rigger 3 operators handle lifting operations and ensure safe movement of heavy materials. Scaffolder workers are responsible for assembling and dismantling scaffolding structures safely, maintaining stability and compliance at all times. Fire Watch personnel monitor hot work areas to prevent fire hazards, and Helpers provide general support in material handling, site preparation, and assisting skilled workers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have relevant experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial project environments. Strong knowledge of site safety procedures and the ability to work under strict supervision is essential. TUV certification is mandatory for technical roles such as rigging and scaffolding. Applicants should possess physical fitness, teamwork capability, and the ability to work in demanding outdoor conditions. Understanding of basic construction drawings, safety protocols, and equipment handling will be considered an added advantage for selection in this project.
