Job Role Overview & Importance
These construction roles are essential for the successful completion of building and infrastructure projects. Carpenters are responsible for formwork and wooden structures, while welders handle metal joining and fabrication work. Steel fixers play a key role in reinforcing concrete structures, electricians manage electrical installations and maintenance, and helpers support all trades to ensure smooth site operations. Each role contributes directly to the strength, safety, and progress of construction projects.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform tasks according to their respective trades. Carpenters will handle cutting, shaping, and assembling wooden structures. Welders (2G/3G) will perform welding tasks based on project requirements and safety standards. Steel fixers will install and secure reinforcement bars in concrete structures. Electricians will carry out wiring, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems. Helpers will assist skilled workers in daily site activities, material handling, and general labor tasks. All workers must follow safety instructions and maintain discipline on-site.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants must have relevant experience in their respective trades and basic knowledge of construction site work. Ajeer certification is required for all positions. Candidates should be physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions. Valid iqama, muqeem, original passport, medical fitness, and insurance documents are mandatory for processing. Applicants must be punctual, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team. Fresh candidates are generally not preferred due to the site requirements.
