Job Role Overview & Importance

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform tasks based on their assigned roles. Riggers will manage lifting operations safely, while Safety Officers and Firewatch personnel will monitor site safety and prevent hazards. QC Supervisors and Inspectors will ensure welding and coating work meets quality standards and project specifications. Piping and mechanical teams will handle fabrication, installation, and maintenance of pipelines and equipment. Foremen and supervisors will manage teams, coordinate site activities, and ensure work is completed efficiently and according to project timelines. All employees must strictly follow Aramco safety regulations and maintain high-quality standards.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants must have relevant experience in their respective fields, particularly in oil & gas or industrial projects. Aramco approval is required for designated positions such as Rigger L-3, Safety Officer, Firewatch, and QC roles. Candidates should have strong technical knowledge, practical site experience, and the ability to work under pressure. Supervisory roles require leadership and team management skills. All applicants must provide valid documents including iqama, passport, medical certificate, and CR copy. Fresh candidates are not eligible due to the technical nature of the jobs.
