Overview of the Role

Key Responsibilities and Work Scope
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their assigned roles and approvals. HSE Officers will be responsible for monitoring site safety, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Work Permit Receivers (WPR) will manage permit-to-work systems, ensuring all tasks are properly authorized before execution. Multi Welders (SS & CS) will carry out welding operations on stainless steel and carbon steel materials, maintaining quality and safety standards. All workers must strictly follow company procedures, adhere to safety regulations, and coordinate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow in industrial plant environments.
Skills, Experience, and Required Knowledge
Candidates must have relevant experience in petrochemical or industrial shutdown projects. Valid authorization from Petrokemya, Al Razi, or Kemya is mandatory depending on the position. HSE Officers should have strong knowledge of safety standards, risk assessment, and compliance procedures. WPR candidates must be familiar with permit-to-work systems and safety documentation. Multi Welders must have hands-on experience in welding stainless steel (SS) and carbon steel (CS) materials. All applicants must be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working in demanding industrial conditions. Proper documentation and certifications are essential for eligibility.
