Key Responsibilities

Each worker must follow technical drawings, safety procedures, and site instructions to ensure accurate and efficient work output.

In addition, employees will support fabrication activities, equipment installation, and mechanical alignment in industrial environments such as Dammam Port and Jubail project sites. Team coordination is essential, as many tasks require collaboration between technicians, foremen, and assistants to complete room-to-room and structural assignments.


Skills and Knowledge

Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective fields, particularly in industrial or construction environments. Welders must be certified or experienced in FCAW processes, while fitters and pipefitters should understand fabrication techniques and blueprint reading. Scaffolders must be knowledgeable in safe erection and dismantling procedures.

Technicians in electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation fields should possess practical troubleshooting skills and hands-on maintenance experience. Basic communication skills, physical fitness, and awareness of workplace safety standards are mandatory. Prior Gulf experience will be considered an advantage for all positions.
