Job Role Overview & Importance

These positions are part of a major industrial project where quality assurance, safety compliance, and technical supervision are extremely important. QA/QC inspectors and supervisors ensure that all construction, mechanical, welding, piping, coating, electrical, and instrumentation work meets Aramco standards and international quality requirements. Similarly, riggers and scaffold supervisors play a crucial role in lifting operations and structural safety at site. Without these skilled professionals, industrial projects cannot maintain safety compliance or meet strict engineering standards required in oil and gas operations. This makes these roles highly respected and essential in the Saudi construction industry.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for performing job-specific technical and safety-related tasks depending on their category. QA/QC inspectors will inspect materials, welding, piping, coating, electrical, and instrumentation works to ensure compliance with project specifications and Aramco standards. Mechanical QA/QC supervisors will oversee equipment installation and ensure proper execution of mechanical activities. Riggers (I & III) will handle lifting operations, ensuring safe rigging practices according to approved certificates and site safety procedures. Scaffold supervisors will monitor scaffold erection and dismantling activities, ensuring structural safety and compliance with engineering requirements. WPR (Work Permit Receiver) will manage permit systems and coordinate between site operations and safety departments. All workers must strictly follow safety regulations, report site issues, and ensure quality documentation is properly maintained throughout the project.

Skills, Experience & Eligibility

Applicants must have relevant experience in their respective fields, especially in Aramco-approved or large industrial projects. QA/QC inspectors should have strong knowledge of inspection procedures, testing standards, and technical documentation. Riggers must hold valid Aramco certificates, while scaffolding supervisors must be experienced in industrial scaffolding systems. Candidates applying for WPR roles must have prior permit receiver experience with Aramco knowledge. All applicants must have valid documents including IQAMA (minimum 3 months validity), passport, MUQEEM, medical fitness, insurance, chamber registration, CR, Ajeer, and vendor code.
