Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform duties based on their assigned trade. Steel fixers will be responsible for cutting, bending, and fixing reinforcement bars according to structural drawings. Carpenters will handle shuttering, formwork, and wood structure installation. Masons will work on block work, plastering, and finishing activities. Helpers will assist skilled workers, transport materials, clean work areas, and support general site operations. Pipe fitters will install and assemble piping systems according to project requirements. Civil foremen will supervise workforce activities, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed according to technical standards and safety rules.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants with prior construction experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries will be preferred. However, hardworking candidates with basic field knowledge and physical fitness may also apply for helper positions. Candidates should be able to follow instructions, work in a team environment, and maintain discipline on-site. Understanding of basic tools and construction safety procedures is an advantage.
