Hiba Rose Contracting Co. has announced an urgent manpower requirement for multiple technical and safety-related positions for an industrial project in Saudi Arabia. The available roles include Permit Receiver, Pipe Fabricator, TIG Welder, Multi-Wire Technician, Scaffolders, and Riggers (Level 2 & Level 3). These positions are essential for supporting large-scale construction, fabrication, and maintenance activities in oil, gas, and industrial sectors. The Permit Receiver ensures that all work activities are properly authorized before execution, while skilled trades such as pipe fabricators and welders handle fabrication and installation work. Riggers and scaffolders support safe lifting and working at height operations. All roles are critical for ensuring smooth project execution under strict safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Permit Receivers will be responsible for managing the permit-to-work system and ensuring that no job starts without proper authorization and safety clearance. They will coordinate with site engineers and safety officers to verify job safety requirements. Pipe Fabricators will perform cutting, fitting, and assembling of pipes according to engineering drawings and project specifications. TIG Welders will carry out precision welding work with high-quality standards for industrial piping systems. Multi-Wire Technicians will handle electrical or mechanical maintenance tasks depending on site requirements. Scaffolders will erect and dismantle scaffolding structures safely, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Riggers (Level 2 & 3) will be responsible for lifting operations, load handling, and ensuring safe movement of heavy equipment using proper rigging techniques. All workers must strictly follow site safety procedures and maintain coordination with supervisors at all times.

Skills and Knowledge

Candidates applying for these positions must have relevant field experience in industrial construction, oil & gas, or fabrication projects. Permit Receivers should have strong knowledge of permit-to-work systems and safety procedures. Pipe Fabricators and TIG Welders must be skilled in reading technical drawings and performing accurate fabrication and welding work. Riggers must hold valid TUV certification (for Level 2 and Level 3) and have experience in lifting operations. Scaffolders must have knowledge of structural safety and working at height procedures. All candidates should possess physical fitness, discipline, and the ability to work in demanding site conditions. Gulf experience and familiarity with international safety standards will be considered an advantage.
